Your responsibilities

As a Marketing/Investment Executive (Voi..., your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
