Handle Hr Processes, Manage The Recruitment And Hiring Process, Schedule Interviews And Coordinate With Applicants, Maintain And Update Employee Records, Ensure Company Hr Policies And Rules Are Followed, Handle Onboarding Process For New Employees(Freshers Are Also Welcome To Apply).

Salary

Compensation: ₹9,200 – ₹15,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Recruitment, HRMS, Screening, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Basic English
