Trying To Convince Them To Be A Sub Broker Of Iifl (Marketing Associate) To Generate More Leads From The People Out Called. To Enter The Details Of Every Interaction In The System. Documentation & Generate Sub Broker Code Through System.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Typing speed, Active listening and CRM tools
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are calm under pressure and patient

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
