A K Wellness Clinic is looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join its team in Sakinaka, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹7,000/month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹7,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Typing, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and organised
