Strong Follow-Up, Customer Handling Skills Are Required. Ability To Convert Leads Into Site Visits Is Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi, Real Estate, Sales
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits
