A Financial Professional Responsible For Recovering Outstanding Debts, Managing Accounts Receivable, And Negotiating Repayment Plans With Delinquent Customers. Languages : English, Marathi, Hindi

Key responsibilities

As a Collection Executive / Officer, your work will include:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
