Cellnet communication is hiring a Collection Executive / Officer in Sadar, Nagpur. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

What the job involves

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Financial products, KYC, MS Excel, Compliance
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are trustworthy and persuasive

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
