Hiring A Polite And Organised Front Desk Receptionist To Be The First Point Of Contact For Visitors And Callers At A Printing Press. The Role Includes Handling Calls, Guests, And Basic Office/Admin Work To Keep Daily Operations Smooth. Receive, Sort, And Distribute Couriers, Samples, And Documents To Design, Pre-Press, Accounts, And Production.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Typing, Record keeping and Email etiquette

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
