Receptionist

Join Aakar Group as a Receptionist in Belapur, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handling Of Phone Calls, Emails And Couriers. Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area. Talking To Customers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Record keeping, Typing, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and organised

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
