Assist In Managing Import Shipments From Suppliers To Final Destinationprepare And Verify Import Documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills Of Lading, Etc.)Coordinate With Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, And Supplierstrack Shipments And Update Internal Records Regularlyensure Compliance With Import Laws, Regulations, And Company Policie. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally, Email | Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Record Management

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Record Management, Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
