The Role Will Be Responsible For Achieving Collection Targets, Managing Collection Teams And Agencies, Reducing Delinquency, Improving Recovery Rates, And Ensuring. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

What the job involves

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Outbound

• A detail-oriented, trustworthy attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
