Aarti'S Kitchen is looking for an Order Management Executive to join its team in Kalyan, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Order Handling:Interact With Customers To Receive Orders For Retail Products And Customized Gift Hampers.Accurately Note Customer Requirements And Process Orders Accordingly.Stock Management:Verify Stock Availability For All Orders.Coordinate With Vendors To Procure Out-Of-Stock Products And Ensure Timely Replenishment.Follow Up With Vendors To Ensure Orders Are Received On Time.Order Fulfillment:Oversee The Printing Of Stickers For Retail And Customized Hampers.Manage The Dispatch Process, Ensuring All Products Are Delivered To Customers Promptly And In Perfect Condition.Qualifications:Graduate Preferred.Candidates With Prior Experience In A Similar Role May Apply With Hsc Qualification.Skills Required:Strong Communication And Organizational Skills. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
