Bachelors Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field (Masters Degree Preferred)4, 5 Years Of Hr Experience Proven Expertise In Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills With A Focus On Building Relationships Across All Levels Of The Organization Knowledge Of Labour Laws, Hr Policies, And Industry Best Practices Strategic Thinking And The Ability To Influence Organizational Decisions Effectively Excellent Written And Spoken Communications Skills And Ability To Interact Globally Across Markets. Proficiency In Additional Linguistics Would Be Desired. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Screening, MS Excel and HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
