Key responsibilities

As an Account / Relationship Management -..., your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Marathi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, English
• You are customer-first and polite

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
