• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics and Recruitment
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and confidential

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Human Resource Administrator, your work will include:

• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
