Key responsibilities

As a Loan Advisor, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

What you get

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound and Sales
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
