Senior Telecaller

A new Senior Telecaller role is open at Abaj Capital, Borivali West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi and Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
