What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam
