Key responsibilities

As an Assistant Operations Manager, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Tally
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
