Abode Bombay is looking for a Front Desk Executive to join its team in Colaba, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

As a Front Desk Executive, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, MS Office, Data entry and Email etiquette
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
