Hr Admin Executive

Abs International has an opening for an Hr Admin Executive based in Kurla, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, MS Excel and Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
