We Are Looking For An Experienced Hr Executive To Manage End-To-End Recruitment For Dra (Debt Recovery Agent) Collections. The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Hiring Dra Agents And A Strong Understanding Of The Collections Industry, Compliance, And Sourcing Strategies. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Recruitment, MS Excel, HRMS, Payroll
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
