We Are Looking For A Motivated And Dynamic Hr Recruiter To Join Our Team. The Ideal Candidate Will Responsible For Full Life Cycle Of Recruitment, Managing Mis Report, Coordinate With Client And Build Strong Relationship With Client And Candidate, Solve Employee Quires And Issue And Work As A Mediator Between Hiring Manager And Candidate.

Your responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Recruitment, Screening, Labour law basics, MS Excel
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are confidential and good communicator

What you get

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
