Familiarity With Customs Procedures And International Trade Practices. Good Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Especially For Overseas Coordination. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Typing, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
