Qualifications: Bachelors Degree In Commerce, Finance, Or Human Resources. 38 Years Of Relevant Experience In Payroll Processing. Hands-On Experience In Payroll Software And Ms Excel. Good Understanding Of Pf, Esic, Pt, Tds, And Payroll Compliance. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Skills: Payroll, Recruitment, HRMS, Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
