Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS and Screening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and confidential

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

• Job location: Thane West, Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday's are Off)
