Manage Calendar, Appointments & Schedules Of The Founder. Coordinate With Patients, Clients & Internal Teams. Handle Calls, Emails & Whatsapp Communication Professionally. Schedule Consultations And Ensure Timely Follow-Ups. Assist In Daily Clinic Operations & Coordination. Manage Meetings, Travel & Events If Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, Email etiquette, MS Office, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
