Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Computer
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude
