Handle Customer'S Inbound Calls Regarding Computer Hardware Support Specific To Laptop, Desktop, Motherboards, Graphic Cards Troubleshooting And Remote Assistance Of Msi Brand Products. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
