Active Sales Private Limited is looking for an Assistant Receptionist to join its team in Grant Road, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹18,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Email etiquette, Typing, MS Office, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and well spoken

Compensation
