Manage The Complete Recruitment Lifecycle From Requisition To Onboarding. Source Candidates Through Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals, Consultants, And Local Hiring Drives. Screen Resumes, Conduct Initial Interviews, And Shortlist Suitable Candidates. Schedule And Coordinate Interviews With Hiring Managers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Screening, MS Excel and Recruitment
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, confidential attitude

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
