Adapt Computex is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Dahisar East, Mumbai. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Record keeping, Basic accounting, Data entry, Email etiquette
• Basic English

• You are well spoken and detail-oriented

What you get

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
