1.Monitoring Attendance Register With Bio Matric Machine.2.Calculation Of Salaries Of Each Employee At The End Of The Month.3.Making Progress Report And Evaluating Performance Report Of Each Employee.4.Selection Of Candidates By Verification Of Resumes Or Application By Them.5.Taking Interview Of Candidates For Final Selection..Making Offer Letter. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Screening, Payroll, MS Excel, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, people-oriented attitude
