Responsible For Calling Dissatisfied Customers, Understanding Concerns, Coordinating With The Service Team For Resolution, Ensuring Timely Follow-Up, Improving Customer Satisfaction, Maintaining Call Records, Handling Customer Feedback, And Supporting Nps/Csi Improvement Initiatives To Enhance The Overall Service Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound

Your responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Outbound
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Outbound
• Someone target-driven and persuasive

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
