Manage Customer Communications Via Email And Calls, Handle Complaint Registrations, Send Payment Reminders And Invoice Updates, Follow Up On Dues, Assist In Vendor Form Submissions, And Dispatch Ledgers And Bills. Ensure Accurate Record-Keeping And Timely Resolution Of Queries. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

What you get

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Inbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
