Handle Customer Enquiries And Provide Timely Solutions.Build And Maintain Good Customer Relationships.Follow Up With Customers And Ensure Satisfaction.Coordinate With Sales, Logistics, And Other Teams.Resolve Customer Complaints And Escalate When Required.Maintain Customer Records And Update Crm.Collect Customer Feedback And Prepare Basic Report.

Day-to-day work

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, CRM, Customer handling and Negotiation
