Afreen International is looking for an Executive Hr to join its team in Kurla West, Mumbai. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, MS Excel and Payroll
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude
