Raise And Process Purchase Orders. Compare Quotations And Prepare Cost Comparison Statements. Coordinate With Vendors For Delivery Schedules. Maintain Vendor Database And Records. Track Shipments And Ensure Timely Material Receipt. Assist In Vendor Negotiations. Maintain Inventory Levels In Coordination With Stores. Ensure Compliance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email | Basic Excel

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
