We Are Looking For An Enthusiastic And Confident Telecaller To Join Our Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Callsto Customers, Dealers And Understanding Their Requirements, Sharing Product Information, And Generating Potential Leads For The Company. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are patient and customer-first
