Should Maintain Records Of Their Designated Client And Check On All The Shipments To Be Sent And Received To All Areas , Should Provide A Dod Report Of All The Shipment'S And Consignments Handled And Report Of Any Error To The Next Tier (Asst Manager Csd ) To Ensure Smooth Flow Of Operations. Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
