Should Maintain Records Of Their Designated Client And Check On All The Shipments To Be Sent And Received To All Areas , Should Provide A Dod Report Of All The Shipment'S And Consignments Handled And Report Of Any Error To The Next Tier (Asst Manager Csd ) To Ensure Smooth Flow Of Operations. Salary

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
