Ajaymeru Publication is looking for an Admin Manager to join its team in Bais Godam, Jaipur. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point and Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
