Aksh Dr Janugade Health Services Pvt.Ltd is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Vashi, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Married Females Are Most Preferably For This Job. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Basic accounting, Record keeping and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable
