Akshaya Chaitanya ( HKM Charitable Foundation) is looking for a Senior Executive Human Resources to join its team in Byculla East, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Salary

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, Labour law basics, Screening, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude

• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Friday and 2nd and 4th Saturday off
