We Are Looking Operations Manager For Our Vessel Owning Company Oversee The Preparation And Accuracy Of All Shipping Documentation, Including Voyage Records, Port Reports, And Cargo Documentation.Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact For Agents,Port Authorities, And Clients. Coordinate Closely With Chartering, Logistics, And Commercial Departments. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Email
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email
• A dependable, well spoken attitude

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
