Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Record Management
• Female Only

Salary
