Key Responsibilities (Short Version)Prepare And Verify Import Documentation.Coordinate With Overseas Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Cha, And Freight Forwarders.Track Import Shipments And Ensure Timely Customs Clearance.File Bills Of Entry And Maintain Import Documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bl, Awb, Coo, Etc.). 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email | Basic Excel

• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel and Email
• Male Only
• Basic English

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

What you will do

• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
