Key Roles Involve Resolving Payroll Queries And Ensuring Compliance With Labor Laws. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Salary

You will be paid ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Screening, Recruitment, MS Excel
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator
