Handling Of Inbound Calls, Enquiring Details Of The Products Or Process Related To Information, Enquiries Transactions Related To The Products Availed By The Customer Clarification And Queries And Billing. Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : Tamil, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Tamil
• Good English
• Freshers can apply

Salary and benefits
