The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹26,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound and Tamil
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Outbound, Inbound

• Someone polite and calm under pressure
